IT Technical Assistant Needed Full Time

Job Summary: Understand and ability to deal with company systems, network and smartphone related issues, as well as MS Exchange server etc.
Responsibilities:
• Installs and configures network printers.
• Responsible for both classified and unclassified computer system stability.
• Configures Microsoft Outlook and manages personal folders in all versions of Outlook.
• Installs, configures, and maintains security software.
• Maintains desktop and laptop hardware.
• Fast typing in word.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
