Support Engineer
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
• 3-5 years of Experience
• ITIL Foundation Certified
• Technical Certifications such as MCSE/A+
• Good Communication, Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Job Description
1. Identify, log and resolve technical issues with software applications, OS issues and Hardware 2. Troubleshoot issues faced by end users remotely, and provide onsite support when necessary
3. Build, install, Troubleshoot and maintain desktops PCs, laptops and VDI machines in accordance with department standards,
4. Install, configure, Troubleshoot and support all desktop applications such as (MS Office, Skype for Business, OneDrive, HDD to HDD Imaging, printers, scanners, firmware updates)
