Jr. Engineer Procurement Needed Full Time

Currently we are hiring local candidate in Kuwait only : ( Jr. Engineer Procurement)
-Degree in Mech. Eng.
-Possess min.5 to 8 years’ experience in Oil& Gas EPC Projects procurement out of which the last 2 to 3 years working experience must be in Kuwait Oil& Gas sector projects. Should have demonstrated experience in all the procurement functions from enquiry stage till delivery of material including the after sales service. Able to Manage / Coordinate with multinational vendors for all discipline materials. Must be fluent in English, Good Communication and Computer skills, Leadership, Personality & decision making skills. Should have proven expediting skills, able to do the coordination and follow experience in getting the best offer and able to expedite the materials delivery as per PO. Must have good Negotiating skills and team worker.
