Junior Accountant required Full Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team.

The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial records, and assist senior accountants in reporting and closing activities.

Key Responsibilities: Post and process journal entries accurately. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Manage accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, and other assigned tasks.
Maintain and update financial data in databases for immediate accuracy and availability.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports.
Update financial records using accounting software.
Support senior accountants in monthly and yearly closings.
Organize and maintain finance department files.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred). Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
