Landscape Supervisor Required Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscape Supervisor at Al Fares Gardens, located in Kuwait City. The Landscape Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations and employees in the maintenance, cultivation, and upkeep of both softscape and hardscape areas within the gardens. This includes managing schedules, delegating tasks, monitoring the quality of work, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a landscape supervisor or similar leadership role
• Should speak Arabic and English
• Must have 4 wheeler license
• Excellent knowledge of plant care and maintenance, irrigation systems, and landscape construction techniques
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of employees to meet performance standards and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both employees and clients
• Ability to plan and organize work schedules and tasks efficiently and effectively
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in horticulture, agriculture, or a similar field is preferred
