Looking for Estimation Engineer Full Time

A well reputed company is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze project requirements, technical drawings, and specifications to prepare cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns.
• Utilize AutoCAD for design interpretation and modifications when required.
• Conduct market research to source materials and subcontractors for accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with the design, procurement, and project teams to optimize cost efficiency.
• Assist in preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations for clients.
• Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards and project requirements.
• Maintain updated records of project costs, pricing trends, and material specifications.
• Participate in client and vendor meetings to discuss project estimations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in construction, MEP, or engineering sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for design analysis and modifications.
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is an advantage.
