Looking for IT Helpdesk/Technical Support – Female

IT helpdesk operators/Technical Assistant :
please provide other profiles with hands-on experience in the below:
. Graduate in Computers
• Familiar with ITIL
• Knowledge of any ITSM tool (BMC, Servicenow, HP, etc)
• Creating reports (SLA, incident by location/category, etc)
• Analyzing records (trending incidents, trending requests, etc)

Additionally, she should have good communication skills (shall handle telephone calls courteously and efficiently using proper telephone etiquette; speak clearly and properly).
