Job Title: Factory Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Wafra, Kuwait. Job Type: Full-Time Candidates are welcome from Kuwait and Abroad Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Factory Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect facilities periodically to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work to maintenance staff.
• Recruit, supervise, and train maintenance technicians.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and upkeep of building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments for project planning and execution.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
•Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
• Relevant educational background with a degree or diploma
• Professional certifications (e.g., CMRP, HVAC certified) are preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer savvy.
