Manager HR position Full Time
We are looking for Manager HR position on urgent basis with below requirements,
•BE in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent preferable with Master’s in Business Administration in Human Resource Management
•At least 15 years’ experience in a similar position in Human Resource department for a large Refinery/ petrochemical complex.
•Experience in leading an organizations HR programs and policies, employee relations, compensations, benefits, safety, performance and staffing levels.
•Possess excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal relations skills •Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English
•Must be Local Candidates with transferable visa Eligible local candidates
