Marketing Executive required Full Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to identify, engage, and convert leads into contracts within the oil & gas, and infra projects. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, existing client relationships, and the ability to strategically market our services to contractors, EPC companies, and project owners.

Key Responsibilities:
o Identify and target potential clients. Related to company scope of work
o Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
o Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
o Promote manpower supply services (skilled/unskilled labour, technical staff). o Market equipment rental services (heavy equipment, tools, machinery) to construction and oilfield clients.
o Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations..
o Maintain CRM and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering /Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within oil & gas, construction, or manpower/equipment rental industry.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and generating revenue.
