Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist required Full Time

We are looking for a creative and versatile Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. This role requires someone who can bring ideas to life through design, photography, and videography while also managing and growing our social media presence.

Job Description: As a Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing product packaging, producing engaging photos and videos, and managing our social media platforms. Your role will involve creating content that showcases our brand””s products and services while ensuring that all digital marketing materials align with our company’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design:
o Create eye-catching and innovative product packaging designs.
o Develop creative assets for digital marketing, including social media posts, website graphics, and promotional materials.
• Photography & Videography:
o Capture high-quality photos and videos of products for social media, website, and promotional content.
o Edit and enhance images and videos to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
• Social Media Management:
o Handle the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
o Create and implement a content calendar, preparing and posting regular updates to engage with our audience.
o Monitor and analyze the performance of posts to optimize content strategy.

• Branding & Marketing:
o Ensure all content aligns with the company””s branding and marketing strategies.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that promote our products and engage our audience.
o Stay up-to-date with trends in social media, photography, videography, and graphic design to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience with photography and video production (including editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy.
• A keen eye for detail and design, with a creative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of marketing trends and consumer behavior.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography, and video work is a must.

Languages Known: Arabic & English (both written and spoken)

Age Limit: Applicants should be up to 35 years of age. Preferred Nationalities: Tunisia, Morocco, Indian, Sri Lanka, Philippines & Egyptian.
