Material Planning Analyst Needed Full Time

JD & Required Experiences as follows: Job Description of Material Planning Analyst (only for local candidates in Kuwait):
– Create plans and schedules relating to materials required to meet operational requirements based on forecasts.
-Time to time demand planning in considerations of on hand qty, transit, open PO qty requirements dates/plan.
-Always check possibility of using excess & slow-moving inventory before finalizing any plans.
– Participate in regular planning reviews and prepare data in line with changes of operations .
– Time to time review on inventory aging bucket and reconcile with approved provisions.
– Periodical review on PNs lead time, suppliers & rest of the details and make necessary change if required. -Always in touch with the procurement department & get updated on all shipments to keep the requirement plan of operations.
– Monitor data input to any Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system or IT system for accuracy and resolve any issues as required.
– Prepare all required reports related to material planning and forecasting. Experience & education qualification required:-
* Minimum 4yrs experience in planning (Fusion-Supply chain planning) on Oil & Gas industry.
* Experience of warehousing & inventory will be an added advantage.
* Qualification- bachelor Degree in similar field.
* Possess Bachelor’s degree in one of these majors (Mechanical, Electrical & Industrial Engineering).
