Business Development Manager (Architecture, Interior Design)

A leading Architecture and Interior Design Company in Kuwait requires eligible candidate for the post of Business Development Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
• Candidate could be an Architect, Interior Designer, and/or Marketing and Business Development Manager by education and profession who has the desire to market architectural design services and manage client relationships in the designated sector.
• Experience networking among the real estate development, construction and design/architecture community in Kuwait.
• Candidate should have confidence and credibility in networking with firm clients or prospective clients.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Prepare Proposals / Contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans including social media and other promotional programs.
• A minimum of 5 years working in the sector required.
• Candidate should have Article 18 Transferable residency and valid Kuwait driving license.
