Need Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Asst Project Manager, Project Supervisor, Autocad Draftsman Full Time

Urgently Required for Interior Contracting company. ( We build Cafe, Restaurants and Shop / Stores )

1. Project Coordinator cum Project secretary
Creating Project Weekly Reports
Coordinating with Client and SubContractors on Phone and Email
Handling Emails and replying them
Should assist the projects team for Quotation, Project”s Requirement like Insurance etc

2. Project Manager – ( Architect or Diploma in Interior Designing )
Should have Good site experiences and site execution , should have knowledge in building up a store from scratch to finish. Should know how to set up a construction site in terms of store building, site handling and site handover.
Should have knowledge in Electromechanical works and Architecural Finishes for sites
Leading team and getting the job done.

3. Asst Project Manager / Project Assistant-
Should have good knowledge and skills of site execution should handle the subcontractors and getting site build up, should have good experience in mechanical plus architectural finishes. Should be able to handle subcontractors, malls management.

4. Project Supervisor: Should be able to take direction from the team and get site requirements fullfilled in terms or site cleaning, labor management, organising and receiving site materials and site supervision.

5. Autocad Draftsman : expert in auto-cad drawings and incorporating all other drawings and make them ready to submit.

6. Quantity surveyor . Should be able to make site surveys and quantity survey from the drawings and sites.
