Network Security Engineer Required Full Time

As an Network Security Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of deploying and supporting these solutions, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of protection and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deployment & Implementation: Skillfully deploy, configure, and integrate next-generation security platforms/products, with a focus on Next-Generation Firewalls.
• Customer Support: Provide on-site and remote support, including troubleshooting, version upgrades, and training to ensure optimal product use.
• Technical Expertise: Deliver expert-level root cause analysis for complex troubleshooting issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including Low-Level Design, As-Built Design, Technical Requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Coordination: Collaborate with team members, project managers, and vendors to coordinate tasks and report progress to the Technical Manager.
• Professionalism: Handle confidential material with the utmost professionalism and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Innovative Solutions: Apply creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions for complex security challenges.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex issues. Desired Skills, qualifications and Experience:
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with security infrastructure implementation and administration (Forcepoint, Palo Alto, McAfee, etc.).
• Security Integration: Proficient in integrating security solutions such as Web Proxy, Email Gateway, and Next-Generation Firewalls.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Endpoint Protection: Familiarity with Endpoint Protection Platforms (Palo Alto, McAfee, Symantec, etc.).
• Technical Expertise: Experience with security products including firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, Web Security Proxy, Email Security, DLP, and Backup Solutions.
• Networking Knowledge: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, L2/L3 switches, with hands-on experience in networking using Cisco Routers and Switches.
• Platform Knowledge: Knowledge of working with Windows and Linux Servers and Virtualization solutions such as VMware/Hyper-V.
• Solution Architecture: Ability to perform Proof of Concept and build solution architecture designs using multiple products.
• Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, Forcepoint SE Certification, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCCSA, and certifications from Barracuda and Fortinet are highly desirable. Additional network and security certifications are preferred.
