we are looking for office administrator for petrochemical client.
position: Office Admin
Location: Shuaiba
Type of Position: Permanent
Payroll: KDSC
1. Develop and maintain Document and Record List.
2. Ensure document and records are stored at the proper location with the rights control per EDMS Structure.
3. Ensure documents are reviewed at as per policy requirements through AITS, new ones placed at the correctly and the older version is moved to Obsolete folder Work with site ODMS Coordinator on audit events, internal or external,.
4. Work with focal Points or his back -up are available and unit is ready for audit. Arrange the meeting venue, schedule and refreshment. Ability to manage time and organize and meeting schedules. Good computer skills, specifically Word, Excel and database programs Fluency in English SAP Experience is an advantage.
