Operation Manager required Full Time

A Leading Interior Designing company is looking for a Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Production Management: Oversee production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Supply Chain & Inventory: Manage inventory and procurement for smooth operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead production, logistics, and quality control teams.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality standards and address defects quickly.
• Process Optimization: Streamline operations to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Budget Management: Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective production.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain safety standards in all operations.
• Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate timely deliveries and oversee warehousing.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs and report on performance.
• Problem Solving: Address operational issues swiftly to minimize downtime.

Job Requirements:
• Experience: 10+ years in operations/production management, 5+ years in furniture manufacturing.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or similar; MBA is a plus.
• Leadership: Strong team management in a manufacturing setting.
• Operational Expertise: Deep knowledge of furniture production processes.
• Process Improvement: Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar.
