Pre-Sales Engineer Required Full Time

We are seeking an experienced, Self-motivated ELV and Lighting Pre-Sales Engineer / Estimator Candidate with 5+ years of experience in Design and Estimation for immediate hiring. Minimum Qualification & Knowledge:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Electricals/ Electronics/ Communication Engineering/ Similar).
• Proficiency in using MS Office.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License.
• Article 18 (Transferable Visa)
Required Skills for ELV Pre-Sales Engineer:
• Must have expertise in designing medium size to large-scale integrated physical security solutions, including CCTV, ANPR, Access Control, Gate Barrier, Intercom, Digital Signage, Passive and Active Networking Systems, designing Structured Cabling, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, PABX.
• Must have experience in proposal document and estimation sheet preparation.
• Experience in reviewing CAD drawing and providing inputs to CAD department.
• Send technical requirements to manufacturers/ Distributors/sub-contractors and request a competitive quotation. Negotiate for the best prices and lead delivery terms.
• Experience in bid management, attending pre/post tender meetings, solution presentations.
• Experience in presenting the designed solution/architecture in post tender meetings and solution presentations to client/contractor.
• Able to manage manufacturers/ Distributors/sub-contractors, establish business relations and do commercial negotiations. Required Skills for Lighting System

Pre-Sales Engineer:
• Excellent knowledge about light fixture & market price (Indoor, Outdoor & Façade lighting)
• Preparing Technical & Financial Proposals of lighting products for projects.
• Studying projects specs and drawings.
• Ability to design lighting projects (Indoor, Outdoor & Façade)
• Products selection and preparing quotations.
• Providing Technical Submittals and compliance statement.
• Providing lighting designs and solutions.
• Provide lux calculations based on the standards.
• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services.
• Developing long-term relationships with vendors.
