Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Pre- Sales and Business Development Engineer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the acquisition of new projects by efficiently managing the entire tendering process, pre-qualifying companies, and contributing to business development initiatives. Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Preferred)
2. Proven experience in tender management, pre-qualification processes, and business development within the Kuwait market.
3. Strong organizational and project management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
5. Proficiency in English & Arabic is a plus.
6. Experience Required 3 to 5 years.
