PRO / Mandoop required Full Time NEW

Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) / Mandoop to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all government-related documentation and processes, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Handle all government-related tasks including visa processing, work permits, residency renewals, company registrations, etc.
– Liaise with ministries and other government departments for approvals and documentation.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government rules and regulations.
– Ensure timely submission and renewal of official documents.
– Represent the company in all public and government institutions as required.
– Maintain and update employee files and records with relevant documents.
– Support HR and Admin departments in documentation and compliance tasks.

Requirements:
– Must have a valid Kuwait Driving License.
– Proven experience as a PRO/Mandoop in Kuwait.
-Excellent knowledge of Kuwait labor, residency, and immigration laws.
– Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
– Good interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
