Process Engineer Needed Full Time

We are looking for Process Engineer
Primary Job Responsibilities:
– Develop plant-specific improvement lists, implement business guidelines, and assess performance data.
– lead debottlenecking, monitor efficiency enhance production capacity while maintaining correspondence with technology suppliers.
– Bachelor of science-Engineering in mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, and industrial or relevant.
– Primary contact with technology center, licensor, and unit vendors.
– Daily and monthly analysis of plant performance data.
– Conducting benchmarking studies for plant performance.
– Assisting E&C DL in developing plant-specific improvement plans.
– Economic evaluation of improvement ideas.
– Supporting Production Engineers in operations units.
– Collaborating with unit reliability engineer to improve plant Asset Mechanical Reliability.
– Defines project scope and documentation.
– Supports Project Leaders in implementing and delivering business results.
– Participation in consultant report analysis, LOPA, RC/PHA, LPP studies.
– Active participation in HAZOP studies, risk assessment, root cause investigation, and process safety analysis.

Qualifications: Professional Certifications:
– 5-7 years’ experience in the process improvement or plant operations of the unit being served
– Degree in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent – Member of Kuwait Society of Engineers.

Technical Skills:
– Knowledge of relevant industry standards, processes, and systems
– Proficiency in Project Management
– Knowledge of financial models
– Proficiency in English
– Proficiency in Microsoft Windows & MS Office:
– Presentation Skills
