Procurement Engineer Needed Full Time

Project : Road and Bridge Maintenance Work Job Descriptions
• Main purpose of the job is to handle the procurement to meet Project needs (Maintenance of Bridge and roads).
• Well knowledge of Kuwait Local Market, vendors and suppliers
• Well knowledge of maintenance material of Roads and Bridge.
• Experience in Quantity and Drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers
• Material Inquiry about commercial standards, technical specifications as per Company requirements
• Receive/Review vendors and suppliers quotations to determine best price and deliver date
• Review quotations to identified technical and commercial specifications received from the vendors and suppliers and prepare & issue purchase orders in accordance with selected suppliers, price and technical specifications. Skills
• Degree in Civil engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with minimum 3 years’ experience in construction or Maintenance
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Experienced in the use of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Should have Kuwait valid visa article 18 (Transferable).
