URGENTLY REQUIRED Procurement Officers

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering. OR Related Fields: Degrees in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration can also be suitable. Experience: Procurement/purchasing experience in civil/construction is mandatory.

Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the industry and its specific procurement needs.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., Dynamics, Oracle) Expert in MS Office (specifically in Excel)

Soft Skills: English / Arabic proficiency Attention to detail and analytical skills Organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
