We are a leading company in the Printing and Packaging industry, we’re currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Position: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily production activities to ensure quality and time output
– Monitor production lines and coordinate workflow efficiently
– Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
– Manage and train production staff Report production performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
-Proven experience in the Printing and Packaing industry is a must
– Minimum 5 years in a similar supervisory role
– Strong leadership and organizational skills
– Ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly and affectively
-Excellent communication and team management skills
