Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both fine dining and casual dining establishments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards. Supervise and train restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs. Collaborate with management to create and implement policies and procedures. Requirements: Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in fine dining and casual dining establishments. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and regulations. Visa 18 (Normal) status.
