Job Title: Pre-Press Production Supervisor Location: Kuwait Department: Pre-Press/Production Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train a team of pre-press technicians.
• Prepare and optimize files for printing, ensuring color accuracy and resolution.
• Ensure high-quality proofs and plates are produced.
• Manage workflow to ensure timely production.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain pre-press equipment and software. Qualifications:
• 3 years of pre-press experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and ensure quality control.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
