Production Supervisor Required Full Time

Job Title: Pre-Press Production Supervisor Location: Kuwait Department: Pre-Press/Production Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train a team of pre-press technicians.
• Prepare and optimize files for printing, ensuring color accuracy and resolution.
• Ensure high-quality proofs and plates are produced.
• Manage workflow to ensure timely production.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain pre-press equipment and software. Qualifications:
• 3 years of pre-press experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and ensure quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and database issues to resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Assist with SQL queries, troubleshooting, and resolving database-related issues.
• Respond to and resolve IT service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment and software.
• Assist with system updates, backups, and software installations.
• Support remote and on-site users, ensuring consistent user experience across all platforms. • Maintain documentation of IT issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
• Ensure all IT systems are secure and comply with organizational policies.
Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and SQL.
• Familiarity with SQL queries, database management, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS environments, office applications, and remote desktop tools.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
