Key Responsibilities:
• Growing new business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
• Identifying new revenue/business opportunities.
• Building Business relationships with existing and potential new clients.
• Executing Sales Strategies and Plans to grow the business in coordination with top management.
• Actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and utilizing business referrals.
• Meet and exceed Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales targets.
• Listen, identify, and understand existing clients/prospective client’s needs and deliver to their expectations.
• Participation in Government tender and RFPs for the Services.
• Liaison with the Project team for supporting an increase in revenue through various business activities.
* Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business Administration preferred).
• Minimum experience of 5-6 years in Sales & BD.
• Bilingual with an exceptional written and verbal command of the English language.
• Effective Communication, Presentation & Organizational Skills.
• Knowledge of Tendering/RFP and project Management Processes is an advantage.
• Must be available to join immediately.
