Project Manager Needed Full Time

• Implements and manages the Network Infrastructure Contract.
• Maintaining Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics as specified by the contract.
• Establishes and maintains correct manning levels.
• Complies with contractual service obligation, safety regulations, government and company regulations regarding employment of contract staff and any other directives put in force by the

Government/Company for smooth contract administration.
• Effectively manages and provides full technical and admin support for various Services within the Contract.
• Administering and ensuring continuous operation of the System.
• Generating reports of Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of all functions and staff in accordance with the Contract.
• Responsible for managing new projects and installations Company wide and sole coordinator with Company and other Contractors.
• Coordinates with Company other IT and functional teams to communicate issues involving Network Infrastructure Services.
• Coordinates with vendors and manufacturers for smooth and optimized delivery of the Services.
• Documents, records and endorse the details of all amendments made to the Network Infrastructure.
• Provides technical and functional implementation Services from the
Contractor’s in-house teams during the implementation of a new release, upgrades, projects and technologies.
