Project Manager Required Full Time

One of our clients, is seeking international long-term experts to join a multidisciplinary Project Team in Angola, Africa. We are looking for Mine Action or Construction Experts.
Salary – best in the industry. Immediate joining preferred. Overall managerial experience – 15 to 20+ years. Knowledge of Portuguese is an added advantage. As a Project Manager, responsibilities include but not limited to the below,
• Planning and managing the delivery of mine action activities, construction/rehabilitation projects.
• Monitoring and planning project scheduling and delivery.
• Build a full-fledged manpower capacity through technical training and field support.
• Coordination with programme management and investment specialists to facilitate business progress.
• Liaising with national authorities to develop projects in line with national priorities.
• Monitoring and forecasting budgets, expenses, and resource optimization in coordination with the Resource Manager & Finance Manager.
• Provide quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation of the projects and training activities through field visits to project locations.
• Drafting of proposals of new project at a national and regional level
