Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations Officer (PRO) who will also take on administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, with strong skills in both typing and speaking in both languages.
Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a PRO role. Age: Preferred candidates should be 35 years old or younger. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written). Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). Typing Skills: Proficient in typing in both Arabic and English.
Administrative Abilities: Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to handle documentation, liaise with government departments, and manage office tasks. Responsibilities: Serve as the point of contact for government and legal documentation. Ensure compliance with local regulations and legal requirements. Handle administrative tasks, supporting office management and operations. Coordinate communication with stakeholders in both Arabic and English. Maintain and organize important documents, contracts, and files.
