Purchase and Contract Engineer Required Full Time

Requirements:
 Ten years of experience in a similar role in Oil and Gas facilities, including LNG, preferably.
 Kuwait Society of Engineering Certification will be an added advantage.
 Local residency transfers only.
 Fluent in English. Job Summary:
 Supervise purchasing and contract negotiation activities
 Evaluate vendor bids and apply appropriate purchase conditions
 Develop and maintain supplier lists and long- term purchasing plans Major
Responsibilities:
 Manage Buyers, Contract Officers, and Shipping/Customs Coordinator
 Select suppliers, review quotations, and monitor supplier performance
 Ensure timely, quality, and cost- effective delivery of goods and services
 Create and maintain effective relationships with users and suppliers
 Advise and support users in procurement matters
 Monitor procurement operations and improve effectiveness
