Purchase Executive Needed Full Time
A well reputed IT company is looking to hire Purchase Executive urgently: The prospective candidate should possess the following:
1. Local IT Procurement experience is a MUST.
2. Candidate should have 1 to 3yrs of similar work experience.
3. Must possess Visa 18 transferable
4. Willing to join immediately
5. Should have good written and oral communication skills
6. Be an excellent team player Job
Responsibilities:
• Understanding of International and Local Vendor management.
• Prepare Purchase Orders for requested items
• Inspect the items received and ensure that they reach the warehouse in proper condition.
• Coordinate and follow-up with suppliers on the orders, pending orders and delivery of items.
• Handle effectively any possible issues during the purchasing process.
• Follow-up with suppliers for the pending invoices for payment.
