Job Responsibility:
• Analyzing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends.
• Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels.
• Utilize the manufacturing system to determine requirements and create Purchase Orders for replenishing raw materials inventories.
• Managing plans for stock levels.
• Meeting suppliers and negotiating terms of contract.
• Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products.
• Expedite/move out orders according to system requirements and ensure changes are communicated.
• Coordinate material availability; coordinate and optimize freight with inventory levels to meet production requirements.
• Reacting to changes in demand and logistics.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure delivery dates are maintained.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; perform monthly inventory count and reconciliation.
• Maintain vendor information for quality and delivery performance.
• Generate reports and forecasting sales levels to the management.
• Managing the stock level in the warehouse and report the management.
• Coordinate with the logistic company to follow up on our shipment.
• Liaising with shop personnel to ensure supply meets demand.
• Getting feedback from customers.
• Warehouse physical count.
• Provide the Management with the required and necessary reports on time.
• Pricing the products
• Ensure all purchasing action is carried out to best advantage and that all suppliers and deliveries are executed with maximum efficiency and minimal cost
• Update the data recorded in the system and ensure that it’s relevant and accurate.
• Handle Petty Cash and Prepare Cash Advice Memos for shipment related and other office stationary expenses.
• Monitor Shortage/Damage Reports from Warehouse and inform Supplier.
• Conduct Inspections and Surveys to ensure the supplied materials are correct and invoiced against Purchase Order.
• Submit quotation against enquiries and arrange the delivery as per Purchase Orders.
• Arrange weekly and monthly meeting with the Management, Sales Staff and other Department Heads.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports and submit to the management. Required Skills
• High school diploma.
• Prefer from FMCG back ground
• Valid Transferable Kuwait Visa (18).
• Valid driving license is plus .
• Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Problem-solving skills.
