Purchasing Officer Needed Full Time

A well reputed IT company is looking to hire Purchasing Officer urgently: Purchasing Officer Requirements:
• Proven experience in Kuwait as IT procurement executive for 1 to 3 years related to gadgets and IT Electronic products.
• Prepare Purchase Orders for requested items.
• Liaise with other departments and logistics to ensure the workflow is smooth.
• Coordinate and follow-up with suppliers on the orders, pending orders and delivery of items.
• Follow-up with suppliers for the pending invoices for payment.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Procure items not in stock if required.
• Support Assistant Manager and Manager in contacting suppliers to get the catalogues/samples for our product or for other requirements.
• Should have excellent oral & written communication skills.
• Only Open to applicants residing in Kuwait (transferable visa)
• Open to Immediate joiners only
