QA / QC ENGINEER Needed Full Time

1. QA/QC Engineer with minimum 5 years’ experience in ASME U stamp accredited shop.
2. Qualification: BE/B Tech (Mechanical Engineering).
3. Shall have CSWIP 3.1 and ASNT Level II certification in PT/MT/RT/UT methods.
4. MUST:-Thorough knowledge of ASME codes and standards for Pressure Vessels and Boilers (ASME SEC II, SEC VIII Div.1, SEC IX), API, NACE etc.
5. Knowledge about different type of welding process such as SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW & GTAW as per ASME IX. & related document like WPS, PQR, and WPQR & Welder continuity record.
6. Carrying out inspection at various production stages like, Incoming Inspection, Material Identification, Set up and welding inspection, In-process Inspection, Final Inspection, Hydrostatic Inspection, Pneumatic Inspection, Shot Blasting inspection, Painting Inspection, Final Assembly, Packing & Dispatch.
7. Carrying out Visual Inspection on welds for welding defects such as porosity, undercut, spatters etc.
8. Performing & Evaluating NDT at production stages & reviewing RT films.
9. Preparation and approval of Inspection Test Plan, preparation and implementation of quality procedure and quality manual, for the machine/fabrication shop.
10. Preparation of Final QC dossier for handing over to the client and maintain proper filing system with full traceability for retrieving the document.
11. Incoming Inspection of Pipe, plates, flanges, fittings, & other materials & Quality control, Preparation of all documents related to the same.
