QA / QC Officer Needed Full Time

A well reputed company in Kuwait is looking for QA / QC Officer with the following requirements.
• Good communication skill
• Must be a graduate degree from a recognized University.
• Provides leadership, mentoring and supervision of Quality

Representatives
• OSHA/NIBOSH/ISO certified
• Good knowledge in ASG-KU handbook, NFPA, CTIP audit, SOW audit, QC plan audit conducted by Third party official.
• Evaluate employees through performance reviews, ongoing coaching and feedback methods.
• Oversee the efficient implementation of quality standards, programs, and processes to improve operational efficiencies.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of new developments, technology, and processes.
• Assists operational areas in documenting processes, desktop guides, and in identifying and managing all quality records in accordance with all Contractors requirements.
• Participate and facilitate, as required, in process improvement meetings.
• Develops programs and procedures as requested by the Quality Manager and/or Manager to enhance operations.
• Conducts inspections to ensure quality control and safety plans are integrated in all phases of the program operation.
• Inspects a variety of goods and services for conformity to established quality, health and safety requirements.
• Ensures compliance with contract specifications and applicable regulations.
• Analyzes and validates preventive and /or corrective actions.
• Identifies, collects, and analyzes appropriate data relevant to the suitability and effectiveness of program operation.
• Provides statistical and trend analysis to support process improvement.
• Perform duties IAW established policies and standard procedures.
• Audit processes and monitor discrepancies until resolution.
• Develop, review and report audit results.
• Write process documentation (i.e. Internal Operating Procedures and Work Instructions) • Act as POC for action items related to audit discrepancies or other process related activities.
• Manages the intranet document QMS control site by ensuring document creation/revisions are reviewed and controlled.
• Manage and report performance-based metrics for the program.
• Makes recommendations for corrective actions.
• Provide guidance for ISO compliance. (ISA 9001:2008)
• Provide training and support to Internal Auditors.
• Routine status reporting and staff leadership meeting attendance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Camp Arifjan / Buehring base working experience preferred.
• Must be a valid Kuwait driving license.
