Quantity Surveyor required Full Time
Job Description: Quantity Surveyor for Construction Project The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of contractual and financial matters on a construction project. This includes cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and ensuring the project is completed within the approved budget.
Job Requirements:
– Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
– Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in construction projects. Skills: Proficient in cost estimation, tender preparation, and contract management; strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Software Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and quantity surveying tools.
