Catering Sales Manager Full Time
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
• Responsible in achieving Catering and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goals within areas of responsibility.
• Finalizing all details relating to catering functions from concept stage until final billing.
• To ensure delivery of the highest standards of service and coordinates all other details with relevant departments.
• Deal effectively with guests and workplace colleagues from a variety of cultures;
We are looking for a candidate with right attitude, who is a team player and can work well under pressure. In addition, he/she should possess:
• Previous service experience is preferred.
• Good verbal & written English is a plus.
• To follow food safety guidelines/ standards strictly.
• Highly responsible & reliable
