Primary Responsibility:
-Handle customers in the reception area and to communicate with them during the repair process. In addition to some administrative work in the computer service center.
Job Responsibilities:
-Open Job Cards in the system for customer complaints.
-Understand the problem and clearly mention it on the Job Cards
-Communicate with customers for Job Cards Status
-Handling finished foods delivery back to customers
-Internal Administrative work inside the Service Centre covering Job Cards, daily reports and follow-up
Candidate Requirements
-Fluent in English/Arabic
-Have computer skills; Windows (Office, Word, Excel & etc)
-Preferably has knowledge in SAP System
– Experience in the same field is a plus
– Able to work under pressure
