Job Position – Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Warmly greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner.
✅ Assist with student check-ins, check-outs, and attendance tracking.
✅ Maintain and update student records and contact information.
✅ Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about club programs.
✅ Coordinate schedules for parents’ visits in collaboration with supervisors.
✅ Work effectively with children aged 8 to 16 years.
Requirements:
✅ Graduation in any field.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with children and parents.
✅ Proficiency in speaking and reading both Arabic and English. ✅ Must be residing in Kuwait and have a transferable visa. Timing:
✅ Sunday to Thursday: 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM
✅ Saturday: 2 hours
