We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. As the face of our organization, the Receptionist will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations, handling administrative duties, and supporting day-to-day office functions.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately. Manage the front desk, including receiving deliveries, handling mail, and maintaining a tidy reception area. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in accordance with security protocols. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and visitor experience. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence. Monitor and order office supplies for the front desk and general office area. Provide general support to staff and management as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Professional attitude and appearance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-service orientation and attention to detail.
