Recruitment Specialist Needed Full Time
Urgent Requirement for Position of Recruitment Specialist. Eureka Trading Co. W.L.L. Eureka Kuwait Position: Recruitment Specialists Job Description:
1) Designing and implementing effective training and development plans.
2) Creating, implementing, and Evaluating all human recourses department policies, Procedures, and structures.
3) Identifying the company‘s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure its runs smoothly.
4) Tracking department budgets

6) Performing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews and many more things Hr Related Recruitment Specialist
Requirements:
• A minimum 2 years’ Experience
• Must be Bilingual Arabic Must
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Arabic/English
• Solid Problem – Solving and team management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree • Visa 18 Transferable
• Local Only
