Job Description:
• Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
• Meet with customers / clients and discuss needed transactions then report it to the General Manager
• Think strategically, seeing the bigger picture and setting goals and objectives in order to develop and improve the business of the company.
• Getting quotations and discussing them with Procurement Manager and General Manager.
• Ensure staff are on board through the organization, and understand the need for change and what is required of them.
• Seek ways of improving the way the business progress.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screens potential business transactions by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
• Developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners” needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Protects organization”s value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhancements organization reputation by all business means.
