Minimum Job Requirements
A. Education
– Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
B. Professional Experience
– 12 – 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas filed
C. Competencies

Required
• Excellent Sales & Marketing Skills
• Excellent knowledge in the Civil Engineering field
• Proficient in English – written and verbal.

JOB OBJECTIVES
1. Participate in the pricing of tenders and technical documentation for upcoming projects as required.
2. Lead Projects teams to ensure timeframes and customer satisfaction are met.
3. To work closely with and develop strong and effective relationships with existing and new clients in the local market
4. Identify and scope any additional works and technical upgrades not covered in the contracts to enhance the projects deliverables, customer satisfaction and improve Company’s revenue.
5. Review, finalize and propose the yearly budget, setting strategic planning, annual development plan, review Market survey analysis for targeting strategic opportunities.
6. Monitor and control expenses related to projects work and ensure organisational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.
7. Manage client/ customer enquiries, costing, pricing and negotiation.
8. Market & present the Company effectively and competitively in the market.
9. Review and approval of Contracts, Purchase Orders and to ensure the delivery of good quality product and services
10. Prepare the projects execution plan for management approval and manage approved plan to achieve projects deliverables and timeline objectives.
11. Manage resources and expenses to achieve contracts completion within budget and time frame.
12. Study and interpret the construction specification and drawings; identify any design problems, conflicts and to resolve the same.
13. Analyse and suggest process of segmenting customers and effective market coverage including ongoing prices. Should have transferable Residency. Only from Inside Kuwait.
