Required Systems Quality assurance specialist Full Time

Job Responsibility:

• Promote, foster, implement and follow up the use of software quality assurance best practices processes and standards.
• Conduct internal IT quality assurance audits on products, services and processes.
• Work closely with IT audit to solve all audit findings and ensure the efficiency of corrective actions.
• Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections
• Ensure that identified non-conformities are controlled and contained with appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor the implementation of the corrective actions to ensure that the desired results are achieved and the root cause eliminated.
• Manage and review all documents and records related to ITSD Quality Management Systems.
• Review of software requirements to understand the expected functionality and needed test cases and conditions.
• Review and revise software documentation and User Guides to ensure technical accuracy, compliance and completeness.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in IT, minimum 3 years in Software Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance measures and activities.
• Knowledge in IT Service Management
• SDLC knowledge
• Knowledge of Software Requirements and solution design specifications.
