Retail Counter Sales Executive, Junior Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive required Full Time

A General Trading Company in Al Rai is looking to fill the following positions:

1. Retail Counter Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
Assist customers at the retail counter, handle inquiries, provide product information, process sales transactions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English (Arabic is a plus), basic knowledge of sales techniques, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or a related field in Kuwait.

2. Junior Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
Support the sales team, identify potential clients, assist in sales presentations, manage client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, 1- 3 years of sales experience (preferably in Kuwait), strong communication skills, fluency in English (Arabic is a plus), and a willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.

3. Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities: Lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and provide market feedback to improve product offerings and strategies.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, 7+ years of sales experience (preferably in Kuwait), proven track record of meeting sales targets, strong leadership and negotiation skills, fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
