Sales and Marketing Executive/Business Executive Needed Full Time

M&M for Repair & Maintenance of Air Conditioning & Refrigerator Co. W.L.L., a rapidly growing company, is currently seeking efficient and courteous applicants to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive/Business Development Executive. This position is dedicated to supporting sales and marketing activities, particularly in handling direct orders from clients.
~ Key responsibilities:
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
~ Qualifications:
• Relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the Kuwait market.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.

~ Requirements:
• Asian Nationality (Indian, Bangladeshi, Pakistani, Afghani, Sri Lankan)
• Driving License
• Bilingual Skills (Arabic & English)
• Able to join immediately.
