Sales Coordinator Needed Full Time

A reputed HVAC distribution Co. is looking for a Sales Coordinator who can join immediately.

Qualifications:
1. Must have a bachelor’s degree in any course.
2. 2-3 yrs experience on the same position is an advantage.
3. Must possess effective business correspondence skills, hardworking, flexible, customer oriented, and has good verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
*Coordination of Sales & Marketing
Requirements.
*Typing of Quotations for the Marketing and Sales Team & maintaining Project pipeline log.
*Coding and material tracking.
*Evaluating the PO received from the customer & sending the order acknowledgement to customers.
*Coordinating and Invoicing of Purchase Orders.
*Preparation of Order Estimation sheet and getting it approved by Sales Manager/Sr. Manager.
*Placing order to the Manufacturer.
*Delivery & Inventory management as per the customers purchase order and schedules.
*Submission of invoices to the Finance department (internal)
*Maintaining & updating all necessary catalogues.
*Preparation of project submittals.
