• Schedules appointments and coordinating with the team follow-up calls and provide accurate information.
• Responsible for calling customers and arranging appointments in a professional manner.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues in a calm manner.
• Coordination and collaboration with all marketing team.
• Handling all the social media activity; Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Snapchat, WhatsApp and content creation
• Responsible for purchases, following up on inventory and appropriate quantities at the lowest costs and sales maximisation Required education, experience, and job-related skills
• BA in Sales & Marketing or equivelant.
• Asian Women only
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Good at negotiation skills
