Sales & Maintenance Manager required Full Time

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Maintenance Manager with a strong background in equipment or machinery sales. The ideal candidate will also have experience in the maintenance of these products, providing a comprehensive understanding of both sales and technical aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide expert advice and technical support to clients regarding equipment/machinery.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Oversee the maintenance schedules and ensure all equipment/machinery are in optimal condition.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in equipment or machinery sales.
• Experience in maintenance of equipment/machinery is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Visa 18 transferable is a must.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
